Niche Media Marketing
Following the Company’s initial activity, Speciality Union Products engages in additional media marketing outlets, including global and local electronic opportunities to assist the progress being initiated by Speciality Union Products major marketing programs. These niche media marketing plans will help develop and secure the Company’s relationship with its distributors and local sales forces.
Southern Wine and Spirits and Other Global Distributors
A co-marketing program is able to be put in place with Southern Wines and Spirits where the distributor will leverage its sales teams managed by the distributors 54 metro area sales managers in New York state to open the number of new accounts (retail sellers) necessary to distribute the cases of Speciality Union Products brands products, as called for under the program during the next eight to twelve months. Speciality Union Products will use its best endeavors to assist with sales at the retail level by performing local marketing inclusive of regular tasting events at select retailers. |

Manufacturing and Distribution
Speciality Union Products liqueur is manufactured by Louis Royer, a cognac house in France with over 155 years of experience as a distiller. The Directors are also negotiating with Mexcor to manufacture Speciality Union’s Tequila lines. Speciality Union Products’s tequila are manufactured and bottled in Mexico. Speciality is currently negotiating with a distiller in the USA to produce additional liquors,a mojito and a potential award winning vodka.
Speciality Union Products recognizes the importance of its distribution networks to ensure that consumers are able to readily purchase the Intrigue brands and wines. The Company has multiple distributors throughout the US, including Southern Wine and Spirits and Republic. Southern Wine and Spirits is the number one ranked distributor in the US. The Intrigue brand is currently being sold in 10 states and territories across the US. Speciality is currently in negotiations to enter into similar distribution agreements in Europe, Asia, India, Africa, South America and Russia. |
